Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, manage phone calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Maintain the reception area and keep it neat and presentable.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff effectively.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication flow.
