Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – PMS to design, implement, and drive the Performance Management System across group companies. The candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing and infrastructure industries with major blue-collar workforce and must possess deep understanding of KRAs, KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, appraisal systems, and performance analytics.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an effective Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with organizational business goals.
  • Coordinate with department and division heads to understand job roles, KRAs, KPIs, and performance measurement parameters.
  • Drive monthly appraisals for new joiners and quarterly/annual appraisals for existing employees.
  • Develop simple, practical, and result-oriented PMS frameworks and modify systems as per organizational requirements.
  • Understand Job Descriptions and formulate KRAs & KPIs for various roles.
  • Implement and drive Balanced Scorecard methodology.
  • Conduct PMS workshops, KRA formulation meetings, and awareness sessions for employees and HODs.
  • Prepare and maintain Performance MIS reports for management review.
  • Monitor employee performance trends and coordinate with HODs for improvement plans and counseling sessions.
  • Maintain employee performance records, succession plans, and growth tracking systems.
  • Ensure timely completion of appraisal cycles and performance documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in PMS tools and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in KRA/KPI designing and implementation.
  • Good understanding of Balanced Scorecard concepts.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and implement practical HR solutions.
  • Leadership capability to manage cross-functional projects and timelines effectively.
  • Strong functional knowledge of HR systems and business processes.
  • Good understanding of technology applications in HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
