Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (TA)

Key Responsibilities

• Must have:
  • 100% Consultancy Non-IT recruitment experience
    OR
  • 90% Consultancy Non-IT + 10% Corporate HR recruitment experience.
• Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
• Handle bulk hiring and lateral hiring for manufacturing and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring managers for manpower planning and requirement gathering.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, database, social media, and field networking.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and offer follow-up.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
• Build and maintain talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Handle vendor coordination and recruitment consultancy management if required.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.
