Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager – HR (Performance Management System). The candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the organization’s Performance Management System (PMS) process and supporting overall talent management initiatives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) activities including goal setting, KPI alignment, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and normalization processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads and business stakeholders for performance planning and timely completion of appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure effective implementation of PMS policies, processes, and timelines across the organization.
  • Analyze employee performance data and prepare reports, dashboards, MIS, and management presentations.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend training and development interventions.
  • Maintain employee performance records and ensure data accuracy in HRMS systems.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives and support leadership in decision-making related to increments, promotions, and career progression.
  • Handle employee queries related to PMS, ratings, and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Expertise on PMS tools, knowledge with capability of applying the same in situations to produce results
Ability to quickly understand the needs of situation and take timely actions Leadership qualities for managing project teams effectively, efficiently and meeting time deadlines.
Functional Expertise with thorough understanding of business processes, System Exposures
Ability to grasp technology capabilities and applications.
Strong communication and presentation skills
