Role Overview:
We need a dependable accounts professional who can manage books, customer accounts, interest calculations, and system-based accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts (Tally-friendly, Excel-based, Pinga Software proficient).
Daily updating of customer ledgers and demand sheets.
Calculation of interest, penalties, refunds, adjustments.
Maintain customer files and transaction records.
Draft and send customer emails for payment demands, notices, statements of account.
Maintain bank entries, vouchers, receipts, reconciliation.
Maintain statutory records and internal MIS reports.
Coordinate with legal team for recovery / dispute cases.
