Role Overview: This position involves handling compliance and advisory services related to Accounting, TDS, GST, Income Tax, and ROC matters for diverse clients.
Compliances and Advisory on Accounting, TDS, GST, Income Tax and ROC matters:
1. Review of Accounting/data entry in accounting software - Tally Prime for various companies, partnership firms, individuals
2. Preparation of various MIS reports as per the requirements of the clients
3. Analysis of financial data and generation of reports for inventory, cash flows, monthly/quarterly profitability statements etc.
4. Preparation of annual financial statements for individuals/firms and reconciliation with banks, GST records etc.
5. Preparation of annual financial statements for companies as per Companies Act requirements, coordination with auditors and ensuring the completion of audit
6. Coordination with banks and management of payments/receipts in various entities
